Womenโs Heart Circles are intimate gatherings designed to cultivate deep listening, heartfelt connection, and authentic expression. Each circle is a safe, confidential space where women speak from their hearts and are lovingly heard without judgment or advice.
Our Mission is for each woman to feel that she's being listened to and really seen by others. Women's Heart Circles supports deeper spiritual connections within yourself and oneness with other women through fully sharing, while restoring internal vitality and well-being
in a safe, nurturing Circle of Women.

Each Heart Circle follows a sacred structure to ensure balance, safety, and flow:
1) Opening meditation with crystal bowls
2) Each woman shares while others listen in silence
3) One minute of silence between each voice
4) Heart-centered reflections from the group
5) Closing debrief and collective grounding
We encourage you to attend two Circles each month. With multiple Circles available each week, youโre welcome to drop in at the times that align with your rhythm.
Energy Exchange:
$44 per month. You can cancel at any time.
A six-month commitment is encouraged to foster trust and transformation.
Prepay at a discounted rate of $236 for the full 6-month cycle if you wish.

I had a dream about Women's Heart Circles, so I woke up and created it!
As a sound healer, spiritual director, and High Vibe Spirit Woman, I have guided womenโs circles with my own blend of spiritual wisdom, rejuvenating healing methods, and the transformative power of sound for over 30 years.
I believe that when you find stillness, your soul speaks and healing begins. Join us in our circles to be seen and heard by a like-minded group of empowered women.
